What do we do here at Providing Prosthetics?
The Providing Prosthetics Foundation is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Foundation created to address the issue of relief of the poor, the distressed, and the underprivileged by providing many types of access, funding, and financing for high quality, affordable Ocular, Maxillofacial & Anaplastology prosthetics to low-income, at-risk individuals, and animals. Our main focus points are:
To Provide an Ocular and/or Maxillofacial Prosthetic for anyone or animal in need of one.
Supportive Services for Families by providing access or funding to our programs for housing, modifications and/or transportation needs.
To provide funding for families and individuals that are in need of counseling and/or supportive services due to themself or a loved one losing an eye or facial part and having to rejoin society.
Education & Outreach - To provide funding in support of research and development in the fields of Ocular, Maxillofacial & Anaplastology. As well as to provide educational development for those who wish to pursue a career in Ocularistry or Anaplastology.
To provide support and work in coalition with Veterans Services to provide quality Eye and Maxillofacial prosthetics to Veterans in need.
To Provide Prosthetics and supportive services for Animals suffering from Ocular or Maxillofacial complications. This includes housing and/or devices to animals with blindness.
